Thomas H. Wolfe
Thomas H. Wolfe is the managing principal of the firm. Tom is a 1989 graduate of University of California – Hastings College of the Law. For over the last twenty-six years, his practice has focused on counseling credit unions and credit union service organizations. He was formerly Associate General Counsel for the California Credit Union League. Tom assists his clients with contract, regulatory and governance issues and strategic analysis. He also prepares and maintains operational forms for over 200 credit unions. Tom is a member of the States of California and Washington bars.
