Duane Tyler heads the firm’s litigation and bankruptcy practice. Duane is a summa cum laude graduate of Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey (1980, B.A. History) and a graduate of Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1983, Juris Doctor) where he was a published member of the Temple Law Review. His legal education includes a semester at the University of Athens School of Law, Athens, Greece, where he studied comparative constitutional, civil, and criminal law. He is currently admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania (1983) and California (1990). Since joining the firm in 2000, Duane has handled credit union disputes with members, insurers, vendors, and car dealers, including several settlements in excess of one million dollars.
