Victoria L.S. Allen
Victoria L.S. Allen is a partner with Moore, Brewer & Wolfe, where she specializes in matters of compliance, corporate governance, employment, and contracts, and works extensively on legislative and regulatory analysis. For more than 25 years, her practice has focused almost exclusively on the credit union industry, having previously served as regulatory counsel with the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues where she also earned the designation of certified Credit Union Development Educator through the National Credit Union Foundation. During her career, she has also enjoyed the opportunity to serve as Vice Chair of Legislation for the Consumer Financial Services Committee of the California State Bar’s Business Law Section and as an adjunct professor of legal analysis and writing. Victoria is a graduate of the University of Redlands (1990, B.A. Business Administration and Music) and the University of La Verne College of Law (1996, Juris Doctor). She is admitted to practice in California and in the U.S. District Court for California’s Central District. |
