Katherine C. Bray
Katherine C. Bray primarily counsels credit unions on all matters affecting credit union operations and legal compliance, although she has a strong background in credit union litigation. Katherine joined the firm in 2008 as a litigator after working with a prominent criminal defense firm in San Diego for three years. Now, she is able to use her litigation background to better serve credit unions in dealing with issues such as contract negotiations and disputes with vendors, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, mergers, conversions, consumer and commercial lending and real property transactions. She received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2005 and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, in 2002.
